At 7 Months Hallie is:
Babbling mama, dada and baba. The best is when she whisper-babbles. It is so cute!
Slowly starting to like rice cereal. . . but not really.
Loves drinking water! Sippy cups, normal cups, water bottle, straight out of the faucet...anything goes!
At 6.5 months, she decided that nursing was the greatest thing ever, and I haven't had to pump very often since then. Woot woot!
"Ha"-ing. So we've been trying to get Hallie to laugh, but it's like she doesn't know how! When she thinks something is funny, she smiles suuuuuper big and breathes in while making a scary "grudge" sound. It's hilarious, but I ache for a good belly laugh from her! So we started dramatically fake laughing at her "Ha HA HA HA" in hopes that it would spur and laughing fit... it didn't. But now whenever we start laughing at something, she goes "HA! HA! HA!" It's totally fake, but we appreciate the effort.
Waking up 2-3 times a night. WHAT?! She's never done that til now. She'll usually eat once a night, but the other times she wakes up, she just wants to be snuggled or put into bed with us. Which we do and she loves it... and I immediately regret it when she starts pulling my hair, poking my eyes, flailing etc in her sleep.
Wearing size 3 diapers, 6-9 and 9-12 PJS and 3-6 and 6-9 month normal clothes.
